By installing or using Loaded, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Loaded is a self-custody digital wallet with enhanced security. You hold your own keys; Safe Foundation does not custody your funds. Each account is a Safe with three independent signers — an email-bound key, a device passkey, and our co-signer — with a 2-of-3 quorum. You always control two of the three, so you can transact unilaterally and override the co-signer whenever you choose. The co-signer counter-signs by default to enforce the safety rules you configure (allowlists, daily limits); it can never move funds on its own and it can be bypassed by you at any time.
Loaded is in private beta on Base mainnet. Access is invite-only via Apple TestFlight. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use crypto services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you.
Your wallet is secured by a passkey on your device, an embedded wallet held by our auth provider Privy, and (optionally) a three-card NFC Recovery Kit. You are responsible for keeping your device, passcode, and recovery cards safe. Losing all of them means losing access to your funds; Safe Foundation cannot restore them for you.
If you link a Monerium account through Loaded, your EUR account is provided by Monerium EMI ehf., an Electronic Money Institution authorised and regulated by Iceland's Financial Supervisory Authority under the Electronic Money Institutions Act. Loaded is an interface to Monerium's service; we are not an e-money issuer, do not custody EUR, and are not a counterparty to your e-money relationship.
Inbound SEPA payments to your personal IBAN are credited as EURe (1 EURe ≈ €1, MiCA-compliant e-money). EURe is not a bank deposit, is not protected by deposit-guarantee schemes, and does not pay or accrue interest. You can request redemption at par via Loaded; Monerium settles the SEPA transfer back to a bank account in your name. Monerium's own Personal Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your e-money account; disputes are handled by Monerium.
Don't use Loaded to launder money, finance sanctioned parties, evade taxes, or break the laws that apply to you. Don't attack the cosigner, abuse the recovery flow, or attempt to bypass safety limits. We may suspend cosigner service for any account we reasonably believe is engaged in those activities; on-chain funds remain in your Safe and recoverable via the recovery kit. EUR accounts that Monerium suspends, freezes, or terminates under their compliance program will remain in that state until Monerium acts; Safe Foundation has no authority to override.
Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. Smart contracts can have bugs. Blockchains are public — your transactions are visible to anyone. Bridges, swaps, and DeFi protocols you access through Loaded carry their own risks that we do not control. You accept these risks when you transact.
Loaded is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Yield rates, asset prices, and protocol information shown in the app are sourced from third parties and may be stale or inaccurate. Verify before you transact.
Loaded integrates services from Privy, Pimlico, Dune SIM, CoW Protocol, Morpho, Candide, Monerium, and Apple. Their terms apply to your use of those services through Loaded. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
We may update these terms as Loaded evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
